Parking

If parking on campus, please park in the visitor section of the  "UTEP Sun Bowl Parking Facility" (PG1 on the campus map - bottom, center). 

• Travel Northwest on Sun Bowl Drive.
• Immediately turn right after University Ave. (right after the chain link fence from the construction site).
• Visitor parking is on the lowest level of PG-1

Parking is currently free.  If the paybooth becomes operational in the next week, we will provide you with permits.

Travel and parking from official conference accommodations:

Hilton Garden Inn
• parking is for patrons, UTEP is within easy waking distance.

Holiday Inn or Comfort Suites
• we will be providing shuttle service.

Sun West Charter Shuttle Schedule for Holiday Inn, Comfort Suites, and Sleep Inn.

Thursday afternoon.
       •Load at 5:30 pm and depart at 5:40 pm for UTEP.
       •Shuttle will leave UTEP to return at 10:05 pm

Friday morning.
       •Load at 7:40 am and depart at 7:45 am for UTEP.
       •Shuttle will leave UTEP to return at 8:40 pm.

Saturday morning.
       •Load at 7:40 and depart at 7:45 for UTEP.
       •Shuttle will leave UTEP to return at 5:10 pm.
